When should I start?

Based on your selections for products and services, MarchingOrder will create a customized timeline that builds toward your ceremony date with the appropriate time to prepare, produce and deliver your ceremony. Your timeline will include internal deadlines for starting graduate registration or delivering student information, recording deadlines and product delivery dates. Generally speaking, we recommend starting at least 4 weeks before your ceremony date when adding a Starter Package, 6-8 weeks when adding a Pro Package or All Access Package.

Will MarchingOrder tools work at my ceremony?

Absolutely. Our products and services are used at hundreds of ceremonies each year, ranging in size from 25 to 4,000 graduates. Our tools are adaptable for interior and exterior venues, large or small, and for ceremonies processing single, double and even quadruple-line graduate stage crossings.

Our tools have been crafted to be adaptable to any event and venue requirements. We work directly with A/V teams to coordinate technical details, and provide around-the-clock support to make sure our clients are successful.

Do you work on-site?

We do not currently offer on-site event staffing. Our goal is to empower your team with all the tools and training necessary to successfully manage the ceremony.

Our newly-updated training materials, including the printed guide and on-demand videos, have all been recently redesigned with significant client input to be accessible to everyone from university leadership to day-of student assistants.

Through guided webinar training and one-on-one meetings, your dedicated Client Success Manager will make sure you’re prepared for the big event. Our help team is always on-call during event season to help with any unforeseen issues.

How much does MarchingOrder cost?

MarchingOrder makes pricing simple with three robust product packages for all your ceremony needs. Ã la carte services and partner programs are also available to enhance your ceremony.
