Take advantage of the MarchingOrder Friends and Family tool to offer another element of stellar service to your graduates. Located on your ceremony registration form, this feature gives graduates the ability to instantly email important ceremony details like date & time, parking instructions and streaming links directly to guests and supporters, at the point of registration.
This feature can be edited or removed via the Ceremonies module. Click the Edit button to enter the Ceremony Details > Website > Registration Form and look for the “Share Your Graduation Details with Friends and Family” question.
NOTE: There is an accompanying email template that must be reviewed and customized prior to opening your registration form. Ceremony administrators can choose what ceremony information will appear in the email, including event details, guest policies and links to additional resources.
On this email template, MarchingOrder Assistant offers several affiliate products that recipients can use to congratulate their graduates. Guests can opt to send congratulatory messages, gift cards, or flowers and other gifts. Affiliate offers can be removed from the email template if needed. This email template can be found in the Communication Manager. Click Manage Templates and edit the Friends and Family Email Template.
