Export and Merge Database

Important: Update the MO Display Laptop Before Showtime

Once all changes are made the information from the Help Desk laptop needs to be added to the MO Display Laptop.

Export the Database

  1. Insert a USB thumb drive to the Help Desk laptop.
  2. Click Import/Export and then Export Database from the top of the home screen menu

Export database

  1. Save the file to the USB thumb drive that you inserted.
    NOTE: Save the file as “check in computer” or “help desk computer” to help you find it later!

Merge the database

Take the USB thumb drive to the ceremony laptop and insert it.

  1. Click Import/Export and then Import/Merge Database from the menu at the top of the window
  2. Browse to the USB thumb drive and select the file you just saved.

Once the merge is complete, remove the USB thumb drive from the MO Laptop and press Begin Ceremony Display. Your ceremony is now ready to begin
